BRINE SYSTEMS
Correct mixing and dissolving of ingredients is the key to yield success. BPS Brine Systems turn this difficult issue into a simple process for all levels of marinades no matter how complex.
Our Brine Systems range from manual jacketed tanks with manual hand valves and push buttons, to more automated blending, mixing, high shear cooling systems that are PLC controlled with high capacity tanks and pumps with touch screen operation controls allowing automated transferred valves and dispensing of brine.
Brine Systems range from 100 gallons to 500 gallons in capacity and can be engineered with several different types of heat exchanges and mixers based on customers' requirements.
