Our new grinder line features the W-130 & W-160 Models manufactured by Metalbud-Nowicki and sold in North America exclusively by BPS:
Model W-130 & W-160 Grinders: designed for fresh or frozen meats down to -16C; stainless steel construction; dual auger system and adjustable speed for feeding and grinding.

BPS and Dixie Grinders have teamed up to provide our customers with the latest in Grinder innovation and design.
Our current models available:
Model 200mm Grinder: with horse power ranging from 15-75 to meet your process needs. Depending on your process requirements, these units will produce between 121 pounds per minute to a high of 1283 pounds per minute (double plate setup and bone elimination systems available).
Model 11-9 Grinder: The traditional work horse of many grinding operations can be engineered for fresh or frozen grinding situations with a wide range of horsepower and feed screw designs. Production rates of 425 pounds per minute to a high of 1800 pounds per minute can be designed.
Model 11-10 Grinder: Fast becoming the Grinder of choice for high capacity, high speed grinding operations. These Grinders can be set up for through puts ranging from 480 pounds per minute to 2754 pounds per minute. Your existing 11-9 Grinder can be retrofitted with our 11-10 components to give you that additional capacity you need.
Model 16-12 Frozen Meat Grinders: We offer these grinders in a variety of designs depending on the temperature and nature of your product. These robust, sturdy grinders can handle 0 degree meat with no effort.
Complete Frozen Meat Grinding systems are available providing you with un boxing work stations, feeding conveyors and guides. We can customize these to your available process areas.

Mixer Grinders/Agitated Hopper Grinders: BPS can provide you with a wide range of mixer grinders or with an agitated hopper grinder, depending on your needs. These units can be engineered to utilize the grinder and mixer capacities to provide you with the optimal production rates. Chilling with cryogenic gases is available with our mixer grinder systems.
