MIXERS
BPS is proud to offer the N&N Nadratowski intermeshing Paddle mixer to the food processing industry. BPS offers this product line in five standard capacities ranging from 200 pounds to 2500 pounds. Each model is available as a vacuum or non vacuum mixer. Our non-vacuum mixers come standard with dual fixed speeds with variable drives as an add on option. All vacuum mixers come standard with variable speed drives. Other options available with our mixers include column lifts, load cells, micro processors, cryogenic cooling and direct steam injection.

N&N's intermeshing paddle agitator design allows product mixing to occur in a rapid but gentle cycle reducing product mix times and improving particle appearances.

Vacuum mixers feature Busch vacuum pumps as standard equipment as well as variable speed drives and micro processor operator controls. Most mixers come standard with a built in operator stand that folds up out of the way when not in use.

All model sizes are available as left or right hand models.

Single discharge door is equipped with proximity switch to prevent accidental unloading of machine as standard as well as a proximity switch on discharge safety grate to prevent operation of mixer without discharge safety grate in place.

N&N mixers are constructed of 304 stainless steel as standard materials.
