VACUUM TUMBLERS
BPS Vacuum Tumblers have been engineered with our customers' requirements at heart. We currently have three process designs- MA-PS Vacuum Tumblers, MA-PSCH Vacuum Tumblers with cooling systems and our MA-G-PS/PSCH Vacuum Tumblers with heating and cooling systems.

MA-PS Vacuum Tumblers range in size from the MS-500 PS to our MA- 10,000 PS.

MA-PSCH Vacuum Tumblers with cooling systems are available in the same sizes as our MA-PS models only with the addition of our insulated cooling jacket. Our units come with our ZCH glycol chilling unit as standard in our base price. These models are available with the same standard features and options as the MA-PS tumblers.

MA-G-PS/PSCH Vacuum Tumbler with heating and cooling systems: our MA-G-PS/PSCH product line is again available in the same production sizes as our other product lines.

You can customize these tumblers with several additional options with the standard features of the base MA-PS machines.

The MA-G Tumbler was engineered with saving process yields of products while defrosting, cooking, or massaging at warmer temperatures for product color and yield enhancements.

Several different combinations of heating and cooling systems can be customized to the tumbler capacity to meet production requirements.

Products can be heated, defrosted, and cooled with all processes controlled by our PLC control programs, to include heating and cooling systems.
